By making a gift to Sojourn Project, you are helping with student scholarships, curriculum development and enrichment, recruitment of volunteers, community outreach, and other student-focused initiatives. Just a few of the areas that will benefit from your generosity.

Sojourn Project is empowering a new generation of leaders for social change. Through the lessons of the Modern Civil Rights and Social Justice Movements, in the midst of the elders and icons who lived it, and our innovative curriculum, we’re challenging young people to examine history, reflect on the facts, and stand up to hate, bullying, bigotry, injustice, violence, and inequality. Finding their individual voices and sounding the clarion call for change.

With racially motivated and hate-based crime on the rise, Sojourn teaches inclusivity, diversity, kindness, love, unity, and the tenets of nonviolent social action. Sojourn has already reached and engaged more than 40,000 youth, parents, educators, and friends across the country. Maybe we’re the self-designated squeaky wheel, #truthsayer, advocate for humanity, cry in the dark. So be it. We accept the duty and the honor.
